During my recent travel to Monticchiello, I stayed at Affittacamere Maria Gabriella. The hotel proved to be very convenient for transit as it is located just 63 km from the nearest airport. This made my journey hassle-free and saved me valuable time in reaching my destination. the individual locks on each bedroom door provided a sense of security and peace of mind, ensuring a comfortable stay.
Although Affittacamere Maria Gabriella had many positive attributes, one minor negative aspect was the absence of safes in the rooms. While this may not be a major concern when traveling with a group, it could be a slight inconvenience for solo travelers who prefer to have a safe place to store valuable belongings.

We had a lovely stay at Affittacamere Maria Gabriella. The cottage was beautiful and the property had stunning views of the sunset. The location was perfect, just a 50m walk to the old town of Monticchiello, where we enjoyed a delicious meal at a restaurant with panoramic views of the Tuscan hills. The free parking area, located only 20m from the property, provided a safe place to leave our car. Guido and his aunt were incredible hosts, making our stay even more special. The room was well-equipped and the breakfast was the best we had in our whole week in Italy. Monticchiello is a cute village and we wish we had more time to explore its local playhouse/museum. it was the perfect place to stay while exploring Pienza and the Val d'Orcia.
Cannot find any fault. 🌟

I had such a magical and unforgettable stay at this hidden gem in Tuscany. The room was beautifully designed and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The host, Guido, went above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect, even arranging a restaurant reservation for me. The breakfast spread was delicious, with freshly baked goods, scrambled eggs, and a variety of tasty options. The stunning view of the Tuscan hills during breakfast was absolutely breathtaking. The warm and welcoming hospitality from the entire family made me feel right at home. Monticchiello itself was a charming town with so much beauty to explore. I am grateful for the warm welcome and had a fantastic stay here.
The water pressure in the shower was a bit low and there were limited on-site parking spots, but a nearby parking lot was available.

We had a wonderful Christmas holiday at this cozy villa! The breakfast was absolutely delicious, offering eggs and bacon. The villa is conveniently located near several restaurants and wine tasting areas, making it easy to enjoy the local specialties. The view of the surrounding landscapes was breathtaking, making us feel relaxed and refreshed. the room was spacious and well-equipped, ensuring we had everything we needed for our stay.
We did have a minor issue with communication upon arrival, as no one was onsite to greet us. Once we contacted the owners via text, they were very responsive and accommodating.

During my Thanksgiving stay at this lovely place, I was impressed with the gorgeous views surrounding the hotel, making it a perfect place to explore Tuscany. The room was exceptionally clean with a newly renovated bathroom, and the air conditioning unit provided a comfortable temperature throughout my stay. I made the most of the garden, which had multiple areas to relax and enjoy the beautiful setting. the staff was friendly and went out of their way to make dinner reservations at top restaurants in the area.
While I thoroughly enjoyed my stay, I did have a slight inconvenience with the staff's lack of presence on the property at all times. It took some time for them to respond to my queries since they were off-site, making it difficult to have immediate issues resolved.

The room was comfortable and the bathroom had been recently updated. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing recommendations for local sights, restaurants, and arranging transportation. Breakfast was also tasty and satisfying.
The parking situation could be better, as there were only a few spots available for the four rooms.

Our stay at this charming hotel was well worth the money. The room was spacious and comfortable, with the only minor inconvenience being the size of the shower. The location was perfect, offering stunning views of the Tuscan hills and easy access to nearby towns. The owners were incredibly sweet and welcoming, making us feel like part of their family.
